We represent highly skilled and qualified temporary and permanent candidates for all positions in dentistry. We take the stress and liability out of personnel management. All of our rates are hourly so you never have to share production. Your rate includes all payment of wages, taxes, benefits, workman’s compensation, as well as management of all our employee’s performance and wages.

B & B Dental Temps strive to send you the most qualified dental personnel in the industry. We also want to send you someone who will be a good “fit” in your office. If you or your staff have a specific request for a hygienist or assistant, please let us know. We will do our best to honor that request. In the event that a B & B employee is not working out in your office, please let us know ASAP, as we want to be proactive in our attempts to remedy the situation.

Whether it is a scheduled vacation day, staff sick day, medical or maternity leave, we are here to supply your office with the temporary help necessary to keep your practice running smoothly. Our office is staffed from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Also, our phones are monitored throughout the weekend to provide prompt service.

We provide temporary and permanent staffing services throughout the Tidewater area including the peninsula, south side and the Eastern Shore.
